Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific R35GENH-R2-NS-NV-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aaon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nierco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bayside product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aaon such as the K00032 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TC240 manufactured by Nierco and we are pleased to be able to service most Nierco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RA142015 by Manufacturer Bayside as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Aaon Brand K01609 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cutler-hammer such as W200M3CFC equipment made by Cutler-hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-hammer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XVME531 made by Xycom as well as the popular TP1500 original spares produced by Siemens

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the W7753A2002 by Honeywell and W200M3CFC spares by Cutler-hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XHR3333 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Xantrex.
